“We made arrangements weeks in advance to have a Tuk Tuk meet us outside the main entrance of the aquarium at 1 PM. We waited in the 85 degree heat for 20 minutes and then gave up. I didn’t have WiFi when in Valencia but later in the day I saw an email acknowledging my request for a refund and advising it was on the way. I guess that was their way of letting us know they weren’t going to show up. Left us with no plans for the afternoon and with multiple cruise ships in town, we didn’t have many options. Went back to the ship without seeing Valencia.…”
