“One of the best tours we’ve taken EVER!! Paulius and his wife are both trained sommeliers with a unique knowledge of the region. Turns out it was just my friend and I with Paulius for the entire day. Paulius took us to Requena first where he walked us through some of the history. Afterwards he led us through the wine tasting comprised of a cava, and white and red wines paired with chocolate. The second winery was at Utiel where he showed us around the grounds before leading us through the wines.
